• Prices are based on the scope of work and are subject to change if additional services are required.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule services, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Jonesboro Tree Service is fully insured for property damage and worker safety.
• While we take every precaution to minimize risk, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, driveways, sidewalks, or structures due to tree removal or heavy equipment use unless explicitly stated in the contract.
• Clients are responsible for disclosing any known hazards, including underground utilities and property boundaries.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Our team follows industry safety standards to ensure the well-being of workers, clients, and property.
• Clients must ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during service operations.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any concerns within a reasonable time frame.
• No guarantees are made regarding tree survival after pruning or trimming due to natural factors beyond our control.
